We never collect payment-card details — you pay on delivery.

Orders and delivery

• We use your order details to fulfil and deliver your order, contact you about it and keep our order records.
• Once it is saved, you send the order to our team in a ready WhatsApp message.
• We share what is needed with the delivery provider — in Amman and Al Fuheis, that is E-Maie.
• The map is optional; the point you set helps suggest your address and guide the delivery team.
• We retain customer information, contact and delivery details, and order history for as long as necessary to manage the customer relationship, support repeat orders, follow up on requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Analytics and privacy

Analytics are optional and are only enabled with your permission. You can decline or change your choice at any time through Privacy Settings.
